TORONTO, ONTARIO (March 17, 2014) – Student teams and entrepreneurs, who are transforming lives through entrepreneurial action, were named 2014 Enactus Canada Regional Champions on March 14 in Toronto.
At the Enactus Canada Regional Exposition – Central Canada, three champions were named for the Capital One Financial Education Challenge and TD Entrepreneurship Challenge, while two champions were named in the Scotiabank EcoLiving Green Challenge.

2014 Student Entrepreneur National Competition
Post-secondary students who balance a full-time course load and a full-time business competed in the Student Entrepreneur National Competition, and two were named regional champions:
- Rylan Schwarze, owner of Ry Guy Magic and student at Bishop’s University
- Veronica Lockyer, owner of Glass Tower Offices Corporation and student at Loyalist College
Two outstanding female students were also presented with the HSBC Woman Leader of Tomorrow Award for Central Canada:

Regional champions will move on to the national level of competition taking place April 28-30 at the 2014 Enactus Canada National Exposition in Calgary, Alberta.
