Twelve finalists will win flights and accommodations to Vancouver to compete for $10,000

If you run a business and are attending a Canadian university or college full time, or you know someone who is, now’s the time to submit your nomination for the Enactus Student Entrepreneur National Competition, proudly presented by The John Dobson Foundation.

Twelve finalists will win flights and accommodations to attend the 2017 Enactus Canada National Exposition May 9-11 in Vancouver to pitch their business and compete for the $10,000 grand prize!

“This is an incredible opportunity for student entrepreneurs to gain exposure for their businesses,” explains Nicole Almond, president of Enactus Canada. “Entrepreneurs are the foundation of this country and Enactus Canada is pleased to celebrate and support the entrepreneurial spirit through this competition.”

The Student Entrepreneur National Competition is the only national initiative of its kind. It aims to help young business leaders network with like-minded students, showcase their venture to top executives and entrepreneurs, and accelerate the growth of their businesses.

Past competition winners include successful entrepreneurs, Ben Barry, Founder and CEO of the Ben Barry Agency, Jen Ger and Suzie Chemel of Foxy Originals jewellery, and Alex MacLean, founder of EastCoast Lifestyle, a clothing and lifestyle brand.
