(TORONTO) MAY 10 2022 – Today, Enactus Canada, the country’s largest post-secondary experiential learning platform, kicks off its 2022 National Exposition. The three-day event inspires and celebrates the impact university and college teams have driven across Canada the past year.
“The National Exposition is a platform to showcase this country’s next-gen leaders,” says Nicole Almond, Enactus Canada President. “This past year, our network of Enactus students directly impacted the lives of more than 20,000 people. They are the frontrunners for positive change in our country.”
The Enactus National Exposition provides a platform for Enactus teams to showcase the economic, social and environmental impact they have achieved this year through their empowerment projects. Panels of business executives will serve as judges to help determine this year’s National Champion team. This year, the event will take place in two parts, first in May, the final four teams will be selected and recognized, along with a number of other individual leaders. Then, in person, this September 2022, the top four teams will compete for the National Champion title and the opportunity to represent Canada at the Enactus World Cup in Puerto Rico this October.
