Announcing the 2025 Regional Champions for the Canadian Tire Environmental Sustainability Challenge. This Impact Challenge supports teams in developing projects that tackle climate change through the concept of circularity while teaching others to do the same. In addition to recognition, teams received funding to further their projects: Champions – $1,500, Runners-Up – $1,000, Second Runners-Up – $500.

“Congratulations to the regional Champions and to all student teams who participated in the Canadian Tire Environmental Sustainability Challenge,” said Kim Saunders, Vice President, ESG Strategy and Community Impact, Canadian Tire Corporation. “We continue to be inspired by the innovative vision presented by each team and look forward to seeing the finalists showcase their work at the National Exposition in May.”

The Champions from each region will represent their schools in the final round of competition in Calgary at the National Exposition from May 6-8.
