Enactus Canada is looking for a full-time Manager, Programs to join our National Office team in downtown Toronto. This role requires regular in-office attendance at our Toronto office, located at University Avenue and Dundas St. West.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Manager, Programs, your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations and continued development, and implementation of programs delivered by Enactus Canada on college and university campuses. Specifically, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and deliver on training and development strategies as needed to improve the quality of local Enactus operations.
  • Respond to customer service requests and/or issues from students, faculty and administrators and ensure that participating institutions continue to have a positive experience.
  • Within a portfolio of 15–20 academic institution accounts, manage and develop relationships with students, faculty and administration among other key community stakeholder groups.
  • Travel within assigned region as necessary to fulfill duties. Candidates should expect to travel approximately 30+ days of the year.
  • Identify prospective college and university participants and implement a recruitment strategy to gain support for enrolling new campuses.
  • From time-to-time, manage other projects where appropriate and as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate about working with students and faculty.
  • Experience in social enterprise development. Participation in an Enactus, or similar program, while in college or university is an asset.
  • College diploma and/or university undergraduate degree.
  • Must have full, valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with CRMs and WordPress an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and very comfortable building and maintaining relationships.
  • English/French bilingual skills an asset.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications and is ideal for a recent graduate and Enactus Alumni seeking to build their portfolio. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives with a strong focus on graphic design, website maintenance, and storytelling through social media and content creation. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical aptitude, and a keen eye for detail. This is an in-office role, five days a week in Downtown Toronto (University / Dundas area).

Social Media and Content Development (Approx. 30%):

  • Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Assist in the planning, shooting (as needed), and editing of video content for various social or web platforms – familiarity with CapCut or other social media editing software considered an asset
  • Assist in developing and executing social media content calendars
  • Organize and maintain a library of video assets on YouTube
  • Edit raw footage to create compelling short-form videos, using graphics, and music (understand use of copyright materials)
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and relevant conversations
  • Support tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics

Website Support (Approx. 25%):

  • Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and updates of the company website (e.g., content updates, image uploads, blog posts)
  • Ensure website content is current, accurate, and optimized for user experience and SEO
  • Maintain and create web forms as needed and assist with basic landing page creation
  • Troubleshoot minor website issues and liaise with external support as needed
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and contribute to reports

Graphic Design (Approx. 25%):

  • Design and produce engaging visual content for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, website content, email templates, presentations, one-pagers, event materials (e.g., booklets, signage)
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
  • Prepare and package final design files for various production methods (digital, print), ensure all files saved appropriately
  • Stay updated on current design trends and software

General marketing, administrative, and events support (20%):

  • Support the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications with various marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns and events
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives
  • Help maintain marketing material inventories and digital asset management systems
  • Other duties as assigned

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Enactus Canada is expanding our team and looking for a Program Manager, Leadership Development & Indigenous Inclusion Initiatives to join our National Office in downtown Toronto on an 18-month contract. This position is a hybrid position with required occasional travel to visit post-secondary institutions across Canada and to support our regional and national gatherings.

  • Represent and promote Enactus Canada building partnerships with Indigenous communities and organizations, academic institutions and administration to encourage student participation in Enactus programs.
  • Within a portfolio of academic institution accounts, manage and develop relationships with students, faculty and administration among other key community stakeholder groups.
  • Travel within Canada as necessary to fulfill duties.

  • College diploma and/or university undergraduate degree.
  • Participation in the Enactus program while in college or university is an asset.
  • Must have full, valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with diverse cultural groups.
