Enactus Career Connections, powered by RBC Foundation, is a mentorship program that connects ambitious students with experienced professionals to build meaningful, one-on-one mentorship relationships. Whether you’re exploring career paths, preparing for your next step, or seeking guidance from someone who’s been there, this program is designed to help you grow.

How It Works
- Duration: November to April (6 months)
- Commitment: 3 meetings (student-led), flexible scheduling
- Matching Process: Based on area of study, preferred industry, geographical location, and language
Expectations
- Mentors: Offer guidance, share experiences, and be open-minded
- Mentees: Lead the relationship, come prepared with questions, and stay proactive
- Keep in mind: no match is ever “perfect,” but with openness and effort, each one can be meaningful
Support Provided
- Online orientation session with tools and tips to kick things off
- Conversation starters and templates to guide your meetings
- Regular check-ins from the Enactus Canada team to help you stay on track
