About the Role:
Enactus Canada is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern, Operations to join our team this summer. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, CRM implementation, and user interface development. As an intern, you will contribute significantly to the integration of our new Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT CRM system, which is critical for tracking donations, managing partner relationships, and supporting fundraising efforts. You will also assist in the development of the Registration & Reporting Platform, a user-friendly front-end interface for Enactus teams to access and manage their data stored within Airtable. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting preparations for major Enactus events, including the Regional Expositions and National Exposition, helping with various logistical and operational tasks over the summer.
This position involves a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of remote work and some in-person office days each week in our Toronto office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, a CRM system utilized to track donations, engagement with partners, and fundraising efforts.
- Support the design and development of the Registration & Reporting Platform, a user-friendly front-end interface built using Softr to enable Enactus teams to access and manage their data within Airtable. Basic coding knowledge is helpful, but not a requirement.
- Aid in the data migration, system configuration, and quality testing of the new CRM platform.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager, Operations and team members to ensure seamless integration of the CRM system and enhancements to the Registration & Reporting Platform.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for both the CRM system and the Registration & Reporting Platform.
- Assist in the creation of documentation for system processes, workflows, and user guides to ensure Enactus staff and teams effectively adopt and use the new systems.
- Help prepare for the Regional Expositions and National Exposition by supporting various event-related tasks such as coordinating event materials, updating workback plans, and other preparations required for these events.
- Contribute to general operations support and assist the team with additional ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a post-secondary program related to Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field.
- Strong familiarity with Airtable is highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM platforms, especially those used for managing fundraising and partner relations (experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT is a bonus).
- Basic understanding of coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other languages) is a valuable asset, though not essential.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Preference will be given to current Enactus Canada students.
