Developed in collaboration with corporate and organizational partners, Impact Challenges empower teams to implement viable solutions to a specific economic, social or environmental need, such as financial literacy, food insecurity or job creation. Teams compete for prize money at Regional and National Expositions to help further their projects.
For the partnering organizations, Impact Challenges provide an opportunity to mobilize emerging leaders to tackle one of their community priorities while fostering relationships between enterprising youth and employees.
