Marco Gnoato 2VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (February 11, 2014) – Marco Gnoato, owner of OIW Onsite Immunization and Wellness Ltd. and full-time student at the University of British Columbia, has been named British Columbia’s 2014 Student Entrepreneur Provincial Champion. Provincial Champions coast to coast were named by this country’s largest student leadership development organization, Enactus Canada, and proud program supporter, the John Dobson Foundation, as part of the Student Entrepreneur National Competition.

Gnoato received the title of Student Entrepreneur Provincial Champion because his business is ‘bringing wellness to your business’. Onsite Immunization and Wellness provides non rushed immunizations, various healthcare testing, counseling and health clinics, keeping people healthy and productive.

Gnoato will showcase his business and personal accomplishments as an entrepreneur at the Enactus Canada Regional Exposition – Western Canada in Calgary on February 28th, where he will compete for the title of Regional Champion.

“The entrepreneurial spirit built this country,” said Enactus Canada president Nicole Almond. “Entrepreneurs like Marco are directly impacting individual lives, and we want to encourage this entrepreneurial drive in Canadian students.”

Gnoato will compete against three other Student Entrepreneur Provincial Champions from Western Canada for the regional title and the chance to move on to the 2014 Enactus Canada National Exposition in Calgary, Alberta taking place April 28-30. The National Champion will receive a $10,000 cash prize and take home the John Dobson Cup.
