Rylan Schwarze HeadshotSHERBROOKE, QUEBEC (February 11, 2014) – Rylan Schwarze, owner of Ry Guy Magic and full-time student at Bishop’s University, has been named Quebec’s 2014 Student Entrepreneur Provincial Champion. Provincial Champions coast to coast were named by this country’s largest student leadership development organization, Enactus Canada, and proud program supporter, the John Dobson Foundation, as part of the Student Entrepreneur National Competition.

Schwarze received the title of Student Entrepreneur Provincial Champion because of his progressive business savvy and enthusiasm for making his dream a vibrant enterprise. Ry Guy Magic is a variety entertainment company that performs magic and circus stage shows throughout Ontario and Quebec.  Striving to entertain audiences of all ages, Ry Guy Magic incorporates incredible feats of magic with skillful circus arts and various dangerous stunts to form an experience like no other.

Schwarze will showcase his business and personal accomplishments as an entrepreneur at the Enactus Canada Regional Exposition – Central Canada in Toronto on March 14, where he will compete for the title of Regional Champion.

“Rylan is a young man who turned something he loved to do into a successful business,” explains Enactus Canada president Nicole Almond. “This entrepreneurial spirit is what built this country and we want to encourage and celebrate this in students across Canada.”

Schwarze will compete against three other Student Entrepreneur Provincial Champions from Central Canada for the regional title and the chance to move on to the 2014 Enactus Canada National Exposition in Calgary, Alberta taking place April 28-30. The National Champion will receive a $10,000 cash prize and take home the John Dobson Cup.
