(Toronto, ON) May 15, 2024 – Shreyansh Anand, owner of WaiveTheWait and full-time student at Queen’s University, has won $10,000 and has been named the 2024 Student Entrepreneur National Champion by Enactus, Canada’s largest student leadership development organization, and proud program supporter, John Dobson Foundation.  

WaiveTheWait is dedicated to automating routine administrative tasks at medical clinics to increase efficiency. They provide a suite of products that automate multi-step follow-ups, patient check-ins, document sending & fax labelling; each service individually saves dozens of staff hours every week.

Shreyansh Anand earned the prestigious title of Student Entrepreneur National Champion, after competing against hundreds of other Canadian student entrepreneurs. He went head-to-head with two other student entrepreneur finalists, pitching his business live to a panel of business executives. Shreyansh was crowned Student Entrepreneur National Champion at the Enactus Canada National Exposition Awards Ceremony this evening.
