TEAM PRESIDENTS QUARTERLY CHECK-IN

We expect all Student Leaders to make an effort to attend the Training Sessions as they provide a lot of valuable information and insight relevant to Enactus Teams.

Examples can include replying to emails, assisting in scaling the team & projects, etc.

Example: School of Business, Faculty of Science, Arts & Humanities, etc.

Examples can include seeking any advice, mentorship, & guidance related to projects, competition, & team development.

Examples can include connections to institutional and community networks like the entrepreneurship centre and Faculty Heads & Deans, partnerships with student clubs facilitated by the administration, office space for the team, printing and other equipment etc.

Example: project grants, funding for team development, funding for marketing, etc.

Examples can include partner organizations, local businesses, prize money from external competitions (not Enactus), etc. Note: This does not include funding from ACOA for Atlantic teams.

Examples can include partner organizations, business leaders, anyone you consistently seek advice from that is external from Enactus and your institution, etc.

A process in place to figure out who will take over/have already found the new President & Exec team, and created a Team Succession Plan.
