Sapphire, is Canada’s first comprehensive work-transition program dedicated to supporting autistic post-secondary students. Led by the Enactus Wilfrid Laurier University team, Sapphire has been recognized as the 2025 PC Financial Resilience Project Accelerator Best Project.
The Sapphire program provides participants career ready skills training, work experience through paid internships, and access to a network of peers, neurodivergent professionals, and university allies to foster belonging and support growth.

Six projects received $2,500 in funding this year as part of the PC Financial Resilience Project Accelerator. The projects are all rooted in the mission to build resilience in underserved populations including visible minorities, Indigenous communities, people with disabilities, and women.
