(TORONTO) MARCH 2, 2023 – Today, Enactus Canada, the country’s largest post-secondary experiential learning platform, kicks off its 2023 Regional Expositions. Over the next three weeks, students from across Canada will unite in Halifax, Mississauga, and Calgary for two-day events that inspire and celebrate the entrepreneurial action taken by university and college students to drive positive change across the Country.

“The 2023 Regional Expositions will be the first in-person regional events our network has seen in over three years,” says Enactus Canada President & CEO, Allyson Hewitt. “These events provide academic, business and social entrepreneurial leaders an amazing opportunity to meet and connect with the next generation of socially conscious leaders from Atlantic, Central and Western Canada. And we are so proud to bring them all together.”

The Enactus Canada Regional Expositions bring together hundreds of students, academic professionals, business, and social innovation leaders who are passionate about advancing the social, economic and environmental health of Canada.

Two team-based competitions, The Scotiabank Climate Action Challenge and TD Entrepreneurship Challenge, will take place at the event. Enactus student teams will share the impact of their community-based projects to panels of judges to determine Regional Champions in each challenge.

All Regional Champions will move on to compete nationally in the Final Rounds of Competition at the Enactus Canada National Exposition, taking place May 1-3, 2023, in Montreal, Quebec.
