The impact of Enactus extends well beyond graduation. For many alumni, it marks the beginning of a lifelong commitment to community, leadership, and purpose — demonstrated through mentorship, support, and a drive to empower future generations of Enactus students.
Each year, we recognize outstanding alumni who exemplify these values through the Enactus Alumni of the Year Award and this year we had two recipients, Paula Worthington and Kevin Hamilton.
Paula Worthington – Alumna, University of Calgary
Paula Worthington has been a leader and advocate within the Enactus Canada community for many years, contributing her expertise to the organization’s marketing and communications efforts. Through her insights and active role on the Brand Committee of the National Board of Directors, she has played a key part in shaping and strengthening the Enactus brand.
A passionate ambassador, Paula has worked to amplify Enactus Canada’s story both locally and nationally. Her efforts were instrumental in securing judges for the 2025 National Exposition in Calgary and the Western Regional Exposition in Edmonton, helping to ensure the success of both events.
Beyond her professional contributions, Paula actively mentors students and provides meaningful opportunities to Enactus alumni within her own business, Worthington PR & Story. Her dedication and connection to the Enactus mission continue to inspire and make a lasting impact.
Kevin Hamilton – Alumnus, University of Windsor
Kevin Hamilton has been a passionate and consistent force within the Enactus Canada network. He assisted with starting the Enactus St. Clair College team and is now a Team Advisor for Enactus University of Windsor.
In 2025, he played a key role in rallying alumni to support the Innovation and Impact Challenge and successfully launched the first-ever Enactus Alumni Hub in Windsor—further strengthening connections across the network.
