The Champion of Enactus is awarded annually at the National Exposition to recognize an individual who has gone above and beyond to champion Enactus within their company and community.
The 2025 Champion of Enactus, Avik Dey, President & CEO of Capital Power, is an Alumnus and former President of the Enactus University of Calgary team, and a long-time supporter who has dedicated 15 years as a Director on the Enactus Canada Board.
A true ambassador for the organization and its mission, Avik has judged countless competitions and continues to champion Enactus across the country, with a special focus on his current home province of Alberta.
This year in Calgary, Avik played a pivotal role in the success of the Enactus Canada National Exposition. He was instrumental in identifying and engaging volunteers, judges, and partners to support and participate in the event. He also organized and led the RBC Alumni Panel, reuniting his University of Calgary executive team for a dynamic and inspiring discussion.
