We asked Tyler some rapid-fire questions to get to know him a little better! Here’s what he said: ⬇️
If your life had a theme song, what would it be and why?
- Music is big for me! I am a walking jukebox, and to pick just one song was near impossible. I’d have to pick “The Age of Anxiety” by Jamie Cullum. Personally, I think it’s the best song of the 2010s.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
- “Sometimes, all you need is 20 seconds of insane courage. Just 20 seconds of embarrassing bravery and something great will come of it.”
You can only eat one food for the rest of your life, what is it?
- For me, it has to be sushi, but good gnocchi is a close second. I know it’s a popular answer, but it’s popular for a good reason.
What was your childhood nickname?
- My childhood nickname was T-Madz. It started in the 5th grade and followed me all the way through middle school, high school, AND university. It wasn’t just my peers, but my professors got into the habit of calling me T-Madz. It’s (hopefully) been retired for good. Unless my friends see this.
Does pineapple belong on pizza?
- I hate to open up the can of worms, but pineapple does not belong on pizza.
Most used app on your phone?
- Twitter – Love me some Hockey Twitter during Hockey Night in Canada.
Do you fold your pizza when you eat it?
- Of course! Is there really any other way to do it?
You have to sing karaoke, what song do you pick?
- I know how to play Luke Combs’ entire discography – always a good party tune in there.
