TORONTO, ON (October 26, 2021) – Samsung Canada has been a key partner with Enactus Canada since 2018, empowering students with insights, knowledge, and funding to create innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges by harnessing the power of technology. Building on a foundation of positive change, today, we are happy to announce some exciting new opportunities for Enactus students across Canada.
Launching this Fall, the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Challenge combines the power of technology with the power of Enactus teams, to develop viable solutions to specific economic, social, and/or environmental needs, such as education; sustainability; diversity; equality & inclusion; and mental health. This challenge creates the opportunity for more than 3,000 post-secondary students on more than 70 campuses across Canada to create the world that they want to live in.
New this year, the Samsung Technology Advisory Council is designed to support Enactus students with their projects, while also providing an exclusive mentorship, learning, and leadership experience for students as they provide insight and guidance on Samsung Canada’s mobile business and community initiatives.
